The interface is really well though out. It is extremely convenient to log time in the app and perform any tasks like note taking when tracking time. The analytics shown are useful, and it’s great for helping you predict how you should be spending the day. It has dramatically changed and improved my ability to spend time during the day on things that matter and are important to me. I appreciate the option of a lifetime subscription and regular app updates that continue to enhance the application while remaining committed to the app’s original vision.
I decided to leverage this app to track time invested in completing a major build-out of a campus network. While I enjoy the clean presentation and several features, such as the running clock details presented in the widget or using either my watch, iPad, or iPhone to launch a timer, I have identified a couple key shortfalls. Please add the ability to export the details contained within the Analysis and History tabs into a PDF. There is value in being able to present this information to interested parties and may even add to increased awareness of this gem of an app. Also, when selecting to archive a project, please provide an option to identify the final status of a project. In the interest of accurate record keeping, being able to denote a project as complete, abandoned, and/or withdrawn when archived is an added value. With these additions coupled with a commitment of continual development, I will undoubtedly commit to adding the missing star and being a long-term annual subscriber. in closing: KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
I'm using this to track my hours for clients- It has a simple interface to add projects and tag clients, choose different colors, etc. One of the most important features caused me a ton of headache (I have purchased the full year). Each day allows you to enter notes or things I worked on for each client/project. I use those when I invoice my client to show my progress, etc. After adding a note on any given day the notes jump around, frequently disappear, show up on the next day- copy themselves from different days or projects, it's a total mess. I spent a ton of time putting notes in all month and tracking my work- then I start noticing there are no notes for some of the days- that's odd? Where did they go? Anyway, it took checking emails & timestamps on files I worked on to input the info. If I could give this negative stars I would. Instead of saving me time it cost me a ton of it. I use the app on a 2018 iPad Pro 11'. I WOULD STEER CLEAR OF THIS TRAIN WRECK.
it would’ve been great without the fact that it’s for money. I mean don’t get me wrong i understand they need to make money but you know.
As an attorney, I’ve tried several time keeping apps, this way is BY FAR the best. Well worth the yearly subscription. Don’t hesitate, it’s really that good. The new update today made it look even better. I can’t say enough about this app.
Only complaint is that the watchOS app doesn't work that well, but that's an OS issue, not a developer issue. Integration between iOS devices is so smooth, lightning fast syncing, and intutive notes and timeline views. Love the pie chart feature with multiple projects! This really helped me to see how I budget my time.
I’m happy with the subscription plan. I want this app to survive for years to come!
This app is perfect, just couldn’t find a button to delete a goal last time I checked.
I mean, the watch and app have both been out for 4 years. You’d think they’d have it figure out by now. Watch app is buggy, exists on a huge lag, and constantly is just plain unresponsive when you tap start/stop. That’s all the watch app does...let you select a timer and start/stop. Such a shockingly low amount of functionality to still not work...it’s weird.
