Непонятно зачем убрали русский язык из приложения (причем вы же уже потратили деньги и время на его поддержку, зачем убирать работающий функционал)

You can’t see a bill in app, but the fact you are late paying it is seen very much

The only option to schedule a master’s visit to set up internet is through the app- and it crashes as soon as you swipe time windows. Huge pain. Had to call support, but they also only take requests to call back (which obviously is highly inconvenient, I can’t wait all day waiting for the call back). Moreover, no option to change the language in the app. The whole experience is nightmarish and I already regret having signed the contract.
