Pathetic service. They don’t honor their customers, plus app always have issues. I booked an online consultation but the doctor insisted that we visited him at his clinic without prescribing anything, I took the matter to Marham customer service that I did’t get the service I paid for, but they were of no help.

Worst platform. Marham receives Doctors's fee from patients but doesn’t give to the doctors. My payment is pending since april 2023. Every time they say we are trying to resolve this issue but actually doing nothing. Disappointing.

Using this app for quite a while,works smoothly and good platform for doctors.

It happened twice with me. I did the consultation and money was not in my account. Neither they pay for answering to patients' questions.

If you are a doctor, kindly don’t install it. Marham people are the least cooperative, they will keep taking money from patients and wont pay doctors. Stay away from this app.

I have contacted team multiple times on chat but everytime they message we will contavg you soon but never do. I have applied as a doctor several times but they never accept your profile neither they call you back. Pathetic app!!!!

Although it’s a very good forum to doctors and patients but it’s been more than a week that I’m unable to open the forum section as soon as I open to look for questions from patients it crashes and also I’m not receiving any queries from the patients. Kindly please resolve the issue
