The app never works! It says password isn’t correct so I change the password then try to sign in on another device and it says password is incorrect. I have a screenshot of the new password to compare with what I enter so I know it is exactly correct. I have done this repeatedly and can not get it to work right. Never have this issue with Walmart at target or jewel apps

Well, I would have loved to have been able to try the app, but tapping inside the input field isn’t trigger the iPhone keyboard, so I can’t even sign in. Sheesh, and I thought the website was bad. How about some QA or usability testing, Kroger.

The app doesn’t let you checkout it just has you keep choosing a pick up location over and over. Garbage application.

They sold me boneless chicken thighs with a bone in them. Also app isn’t good since it won’t let you truthfully rate items that they lie to you about.

Why can’t I find the shopping cart? There’s a list that I can add things from to the cart but if I’m not adding anything from list to cart, I can’t find any entry point to the shopping cart. Why do I need to first add to one list and then add to cart?

The app doesn’t work. I can’t place an order for pickup with my neighborhood store. It keeps wanting me to pick a store miles and miles and miles away. Can’t change payment info. Can’t do much of anything. Kroger app worked when I lived in Ohio. Mariano’s app is nothing but a steaming husk of stupidity.

Dear Marianos, Thank you for your quick reply. Per your directions, I deleted and reinstalled the App. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. Not sure if it’s just me but I have a difficult time navigating and adding the digital sales items to my list. I have on two occasions thought I added sale items to my list only to find out at checkout, the sales price wasn’t applied. To compound the matter, the young Marianos associate who assisted me made me feel like a techno idiot when he helped. The Jewel app I use is so much simpler and a brighter site to view. Nevertheless, thank you for getting back. Youraverageconsumer.
