Had to turn off notifications entirely and I’m about to start blocking their emails and reporting them as spam. I’ve had 3-4 emails and app push notifications each, today alone, begging me to borrow more money. There are 3 options for push notifications and only payment reminders are on, marketing notifications are off. The app on its own deserves a higher rating, it works and it mostly works well, which is more than a lot of others can report. But there’s no way to report any issues in-app or provide feedback outside of the seemingly random times they ask you to submit feedback when you log in. Separate issue not app related: When I log in via desktop browser it asks me to send the 2fa text, and it shows a second number I never added, don’t recognize, and can’t get anybody to explain to me, but it’s not on my profile so where did this number even come from?
