Marinus: Rules of the road (IRPCS/ColRegs)

Nowhere near the depth of information on flags, buoys, markers etc required for an RYA course. Tests are poor and repetitive. Bitterly want my money back. Avoid if at all serious about skipper qualification preparation.

For the money I would expect the quizzes to be better. They need more variation. Funnily enough if you show me a picture of a vessel obviously towing another vessel and ask me what the shapes it’s displaying mean I can guess it’s a towing vessel.

Good app with lots of info but can get all of the info from here for free on the internet, if there were a lot more quizzes I would reccomend

Content is lacking and hardly any quiz content. You can get much better apps

All IRPCS rules are on this app and that is about it... There are 4 quizzes with 10 questions. The same 10 questions whenever you do them. It really makes me wonder what is on the “Lite” version.

Brilliant as a reference guide, could do with a lot more quizzes though... you need to be able to practice and the current quiz just isn’t enough. My only complaint though!!

As other people have said it's one of the best apps there is for OOW and things but the quiz majorly lacks in substance. Other wise thanks for a decent app.

There is not a lot apps on the market for boaters or beginners. This app is very good for beginners to learn offine for a short time at the airplane l, tube or wherever. On the sea useful for newbies to quick check. Good job.

The app has very good content, but the quiz is pretty poor. There is no testing on col regs, which is what I downloaded it for mainly. Slightly disappointed.
