The search functionality is terrible. Whilst it says same day deliveries before 2pm, I’ve never been able to get a delivery before 2pm even the next day.

App declined my payment stating I had timed out - this wasn’t the case and I did submit the verification code in time. It wouldn’t allow me to re- enter my order, there was a timer that wasn’t going down. I called to report and was not listened to, constantly being told it was my problem! Now missed my required delivery slot and wasted an hour!

Would be much improved if it retained your last basket so you can just amend that rather than having to search for everything from scratch each time.

Can find things I want without go to the market to search around

Redemptions of discounts does not work, 52 coupons are totally uesless

I chose a baskets of products but only showed ORD10019. I called the CS. He asked me to clear the basket and redo everything. He said their IT team provided no solution to the CS team. What a useless app!

但過去有些貨品本來很好，後來沒有了，例如沙律菜、阿木特嫩滑牛肉等，希望可以再有入貨。或者可以轉去其他分店購買，那就非常之好。

Somewhere in this delivery chain, a person is switching food stuffs with 10 day-old items, and the packaging/delivery person is carelessly tossing fragile items such as eggs, as if the customer is not going to notice it when they unpack. Now delivery also takes much longer, when before it only takes the next day.
