Mr
Thank you very much indeed for your ASL application. It helped me a lot. I am very interested in
ASL as I am teaching these days a group of 11 high school deaf and mute students for the first
time in my fifteen years experience of teaching English as a second language to adults. I really
to have advanced level in ASL as quick as possible to help deaf people who come to study in
the college I teach at. I was chosen among other teachers to teach this special group.
I am happy and honoured to have such a class but the problem is that I need to master ASL
to teach it to others. I am a poor teacher of English in a rich country and an outstanding college.
Thank you,
Mr. Hassane Khallouch
App doesn’t work
Very good app to learn asl but don’t buy anything because sometimes you can’t watch the vids
Stops working even when purchased
I love the facts that its easy and you can even teach your kids for beginner convos but even when you purchase the packs you have to uninstall and redownload everything all the time its a little unfair especially when you expect to be offline and for your money invested in it should work … 🤷🏼♀️
Almost there
Needs to have speak to text/sign. The apps that have AI work since they have the ability to convert Speech to signing!

I just downloaded this app, and as it looks *EXCELLENT* for a beginner (I can clearly see that while looking through the app!), how far can you actually get with this app?!?!?
I would say that I am a moderate signer. I know how to finger spell & count. I know a ton of vocabulary. My problem is that currently I sign in PSE, not ASL! Will this app help me learn ASL grammar??? That is primarily why I’m looking into an ASL App. So I can be taught ASL Grammar, review my vocabulary, and learn any vocabulary I didn’t already know!!!
TIA for any reviews & opinions you can provide!!!

Videos won’t play
It used to work great and I loved it. But now it says check my internet connection and it shows videos downloaded but will not play them at all. Checked and rechecked all phone settings. I’m not sure what is going on. Very frustrating
Please Fix Bugs! I love this app too much to give up
Let meStart out by saying this is by far my favorite ASL dictionary, tool, resource by far. It is far far better to learn ASL from a deaf person. And this app is absolutely perfect because it’s categorized wonderfully, and matches the way that sign language courses are categorized and taught. And it also will ask you to slow down the videos which is amazing. But I can’t get this app to work. I’ve purchased everyPackage. Deleted everything I can think of to clear up space on my phone and it still gives me error messages anytime I try to play the videos now. Please please please fix these bugs I am begging of you I love this app so much. I would literally pay money just to get it to work again!!!
Really wanted to like this app
Overall the app has some good teaching abilities, to learn specific signs, IF it’s working. I keep having the problem of having downloaded the packs I’ve bought but when I try to access them I get an error message. So far the only way I’ve found to correct this is to delete the app and then reinstall it and reinstate purchases. Too much work when there are better apps out there, very obnoxious to have the lessons working one day and then not working the next.
Gotten crappyer
I payed and downloaded all of them to use offline which is never possible and it keeps saying I need to download them even though I did I cant believe I wasted my money on this just for it to not work.
Ehh
I was happy to see Marlee made an app. She is such a high profile deaf person so I know people would check this app out. As a deaf person, I like to see what is out there so I can refer it to friends when they ask what is good. I was dismayed when the first thing I looked at was the finger spelling/alphabet. She shows g and h incorrectly. I can understand that she probably showed it that way to show how the handshake should look, but she didn’t elaborate- she just did it wrong and moved to the next letter. I deleted the app. There are better apps out there that are more accurate and have dictionary of signs.
