Really concerning Few days ago i bought a double package for „Rasende freude“(german description). I bought it because it had a great amount of equipment crystals inside. That was the only reason. After some Task over 2000 kristal, and several times this amount of crystal for the captain equipment over a period of maybe 14 days. It was really a “Rasende Freude”… After 3 days and nearly reaching the tasks to get the crystals, i checked the tasks again …when i saw only 8 crystals…they changed over night the amount. The support admits cleary the error and offered me 150 crystals, to shut mouth. I dont accept the 150crystal, because as a consumer right , i get what i paid for, and if we see the difference of amount of crystal…changed over night …this seems to be a fraude scheme…i asked for the legal department and the support stopped answering any question.

Would not recommend this game to anyone. While my specific problem stems from google pay their solution is to ban you from all platforms. They have accused me of refund violations and banned me from the game on more than one occasion. Not my fault and they refuse to provide me with information required to correct the problem. Childish game with childish support.

Your web store is handing out false information to bait players into it. And you know it. Refering to the 2x mc which won’t be there when you login to store. This is a cheap move.

Good lord why does everyone hate this game

I’ve spent $$ and time the last 6 months and now they released a option for all buildings and research to be max for a mere 1000 gas, wasted 6 months building, logging on odd times, i use to think this game was fun, its a complete waste of time, you can just wait and they’ll release a max option soon enough

I like the game as i enjoy playing with friends however the company false advertise what bundle you need to upgrade your base or tools you have to buy with real money examples are the crystal cutter the list 3 for $4.99 which is a ripe off since you have to buy the crystal you should not have to buy a credit to exchange it in your inventory. Instead of sending 3 instead inside the bundle you get only 1. Everytime you try reach out to support they would make rude comments like go and enjoy your life. Brush you off like you can’t do anything about it. Since i have reciept and the bundle they advertise i will send apple iOS support to address this deceitful practice. Its ashame as it is good fun. They mostly will deny everything and wont care if i leave and delete thier app but honest people should know this app rips you off this way. I bought 4-5 bundle and the quantity listed vs actually what you’re getting is different 100%. This app is terrible for support environment.

Don’t like the players view at all small characters in between dialogue kinda lame
