Marshall Bluetooth

I am able to successfully connect my earbuds to Bluetooth, but I can’t connect them to the app—it keeps getting stuck at this point (connected to app). I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, restarting my phone, but nothing changed. Since I bought the earbuds 10 months ago, the app has only worked three times.

It keeps searching and searching but it doesn't see my speaker

The product is wonderful, but the Marshall app, needed to connect your device, just horrible. It took me a lot to finally connect the product with my phone!

I have mode 2 and the right one is making a strage noise all the time. I can compare the noise with the one that is made when the jack is not making a perfect connection with the device

Disconnecting all the time….and makes strange noises!!!

The speaker keeps disconnecting and reconnecting and it creates weird noises while your app is in background. As soon as I exit the app, everything runs smoothly without issues. I enjoy using the equalizer so I think this app needs an update to be fully compatible with ios 16. I am at 2-3 meters from the speaker so it’s not a connectivity problem from my side.

希望可以升级一下，接听电话前可以语音报来电人提醒。这样会方便不少。👌

能不能把系统连接声音，断连声音取消？ 给宝宝放音乐，哄睡了，断连后又被系统声音吵醒。
