Marshall Voice

Marshall has the worst speakers on the market. Great sound but connectivity issues and bugs make the experience atrocious. Also no accountability and pour customer service. Same your self a lot of frustration and money and just go with Sonos

I bought the uxbridge speaker. the instructions say to download this app. I’m disappointed!! why isn’t the Marshall voice app not working for iOS? I tried on my iPad and the app works on there. But!! The Setup consistently fails! I’ve always wanted a Marshall speaker and I’m just so bummed smh. Waist of money…

I am not sure if this is iOS version issue, but app doesn’t work on my iPhone 14 Pro with iOS 17.1.1. It just shows No connection and there’s nothing I could do. I was able to use my iPad which was iOS 16 to connect with no problem.

Can’t connect to wifi and that’s all you get! It doesn’t even show that it tried!

This app is WORTHLESS. Can’t connect my Uxbridge to alexa to play my music, turn on lights, etc. waste of money

App worked as it says, updated firmware and connected to Wi-Fi relatively quickly. It would be best to have just 1 Marshall app, instead segmenting this functionality out to a separate app. A couple of suggestions, more frequent app updates, iPad and Apple Watch compatibility, so we can adjust EQ went when the iPhone is not around.

Same comments as all others....a circle of setup failures. Bluetooth and airplay connectivity is fine but Alexa is a myth.

Setup is not smooth and customer service is not helpful. Airplay doesn’t work and consistently asks for a code so you are not able to use it. Great sound quality horrible app and customer service.

The speaker itself cranks, but it's impossible to connect to the internet and even worse getting it to connect to Alexa. I expect so much better from Marshall. I got it working for a while, but then I moved to a new place and spent multiple hours tearing my hair out and wanted to throw it out a window. Had I known it would be this tedious and frustrating I would not have bought this product. Buyer beware.

Have to add speaker back to network at least 3 times a week. Worked fine for over a year and lately it just disconnects.
