Hello Netmarble, I have been playing Marvel Future Fight for the past 2 years. I have a request and a suggestion for you. Many new players download this game, and they want to play it, build their favorite characters, and upgrade them to Tier-4. However, it takes them years to do so, which makes them frustrated as they cannot progress in the game and eventually quit. I know you provide all the materials needed to upgrade to Tier-4, but the most important item is the Tier-4 Book (Book of Vishanti), which is essential for upgrading any character to Tier-4. This item is only available through GBR (Giant Boss Raid) - Dormammu, which can only be cleared by Tier-4 characters. So, if a player doesn't already have a Tier-4 character, how can they collect the Book of Vishanti? I tried to experience this as a new player. I attempted to join other players' lobbies multiple times, but they kept kicking me out. This hurts the emotions of players and makes the experience frustrating, ultimately leading them to quit the game. Not everyone has friends to help them clear these raids. So, I request you to kindly consider this issue and introduce something like a Tier-4 Selector or a Mega Tier-4 Advancement Ticket. Even if it is sold for $10 or more, please add it to the game. Because Tier-4 Books are currently only available in GBR (Dormammu). Please do something 🙏🏻 And please reply me

The game itself is great and addictive and I love it but hate how everything is pay to play. If you’re a f2p player then it’s gonna take a lifetime to get anywhere. Most of the rewards shown as well like in WBL or GBR, you never get them. Crystals are most expensive and yet you can’t even get a quarter of full amount for uniform when you upgrade character to max and yet there like 4-5 uniforms for each. Took me 7 months to even get just 1 ctp. In asia, nobody is going to pay $100 for some in-app purchases and yet the prices are outrageous. Netmarble needs to be more considerate about users.

Hey I like this game quality and this game update is just crazy the new costumes and look of spider man and symbiotic venom is excellent

2GB app package and nothing

A person has come to play and you idiots make a person wait more than half an hour to let them (some doesn’t even have high speed internet) because 1.27 GB app package doesn’t freakin include any game file and everything gets downloaded on the face of the player waiting for completing the download. Requires a day to fully setup and install the game.
