Have the app, once you start scrolling the whole thing just shuts itself down. Great idea if it worked which it clearly doesnt

Love seeing what my kid is up to… There is one simple design rule you should adopt to make an enormous difference — don’t use icons as navigation. It’s not clear what most of your icons mean. After playing with some it’s still not clear what this achieves. People shouldn’t need to read instructions to use such a simple app

On top of its design, now we are not receiving notifications.

App is ok, however even after reinstalling the app and turning notifications on I’m still not receiving notifications to let me know something has been posted on the app.

I hate this app. It’s not very intuitive. It’s not well organised. It’s like a 5 year old made it. I tell the teachers to just email things to me instead because it’s so annoying trying to access and find things.

Ok for keeping up to date with school. However doesn’t work when not using Wi-Fi.

Still not getting notifications even after your recent fix one week ago. iPhone 13, ios 15.4, please test before release.

Terrible app. The app constantly shows as unread notifications even after reading all messages. It sometimes crashes with a white screen. It’s not user error. I’ve updated phone and the app. The same issues are present after phone and app updates are completed. It’s the same after removing and reinstalling the app. It’s also evident on other parents phones.

Have reinstalled and set alerts for notifications lots of times, still don’t get notifications. Constant unread message dot shows even when there are no messages. Dots next to read messages from over 3 years ago despite going in to them several times. Needs work as this is often relied upon as a method of communication with school - not good enough!
