Maserati Connect North America

The app should provide notifications when the door is not closed so the automatic lock can engage. My door was slightly open and it drained the battery with a quickness. Now the vehicle has to be towed to the dealership. The Lexus app provides an abundance of car notifications. Maybe something to mode the Maserati app after or a minimum give us a door open notification.

Initially i was concerned not be be able to set up the app from the text message received from Maserati. One phone call to customer services took care of it right away. App is informative and easy to use.

To Developers. The locate button on the top right of the screen next to cancel button always fails to update the location on my iPhone 13 with the latest IOS as of 7/10/2023. But when I go down to the locations map on the screen and hit refresh it works without exception. This is why I give it one star to get your attention. I found a great deal on a 2021 Levante S with 20K miles on it. My only warning is to be careful where you buy it. I was treated very poorly by my rep Mo at Hyundai of Bedford in Cleveland. I waited 40 minutes in the lobby after wiring 50K from Chase, car wasn’t washed, was given to me on an empty tank and I had to drive it straight to a gas station to put a full tank of premium in it. No reply to phone call or email for a week. Please talk to your Maserati dealer and pay for your purchase to be handled correctly. Maserati took care of everything for me through a direct connection. I tried to use the app today and when I log in, it tells me to update the app but I’m already on the latest version.

Tried to load app but keeps saying security update… which I did but continues the warning. Deleted app and reloaded updated version but same issue. Asking for security update !????? Can’t load the app!

Needed to register with Maserati Connect on my desktop computer before using my iPhone. Used my remote start from my iPhone without any issues.

I’ve just purchased a 2023 Levante and unable to register my car with this app. However you have to Register via a browser (chrome) on a laptop and then you can use it on the iPhone.

Just like the other review from May 2022, I have the same problem of not being able to register. The dealer tried to help on the day of delivery and the following day as well, but to no avail. Multiple calls to Maserati Connect with no resolution. The people there are rude and unhelpful, and also lack knowledge. So I bought a $130,000 luxury sports car and no one can help me register to use the app! It’s really pretty unbelievable. It doesn’t make any sense that I should even need to complete such a registration to be able to use the app. What purpose could having access to this app possibly serve anyone who doesn’t actually have a car that is compatible with it? After a week, I’m pretty sure I’m never going to be able to use the app…

After app updated, cannot login, never received reset email either. Emailed support. Please help fix the app.
