يوم الجمعه 2024/06/31 تقدم في طلب من برنامج في شراء وجبه من مطعم ومن الطلب والدفع لم يتم ايجاد مندوب وتغر الوقت 3 مرات وتم ايجاد مندوب بعد 45 دقيقه ثم وصل المندوب للمطعم وثواني وظهرت رساله سوف يتم البحث عن مندوب اخر قمت بالاتصال بهم لمعرفت السبب تم ابلاغي المطع مزدحم والانتظار 45 دقيقه وسوف نبحث عن مندوب اخر وتم ابلاغهم الاخر عند وصوله يحتاج 45 دقيقه اخرى انتظار لماذا تحرك تم اخذ رسوم على هذا العمل لماذا لم ينتظر تم الاجابه لانعلم ممكن تم انتهاء فتره عمله اذا انتها عمله لماذا ذهب اساسا لخبط غير طبيعيه وردود غير مقنعه يقول لي اليوم زحمه اذا زحمه لماذا تاخذ الطلبات وتسيئ لسمعه البرنامج وتاخرني معك وفي نهايه لم يتم ارجاع المبلغ كامل وخصم عموله الفيزا من حسابي والغلط من الموقع مما ترتب عليه الالغاء ولغايه هذي رساله وانا انتظر المبلغ المخصوم من حسابي بدون وجه حق في ما يخص عموله الفيزا اما تتحمل الفيزا وعمولتها او لا تدرجها من ضمن الخيارات
