Great response to messages

Very user friendly software, the response time for messaging is very reasonable and they take every matter with the utmost professionalism. Thank you Mass Bay I’ve been a customer for 30 plus years

HELOC account

Unfortunately there is no way to do principal only payments using the app. You have to call and wait on the phone to get connected or to visit a branch office to request payment.

Needs more features

Would be nice if you can lock your card on this app. And it would be nice to be able to update personal information like addresses.

Transfers

I can’t believe how easy it is to use the app, the transfers being so fast and free make my life very convenient; I would recommend this credit union to anyone!!

Mobile deposit

I have had the pleasure of being a member for 44years

Impossible

This is my works bank and they could not make it any harder to do anything with. Ex. Venmo , Zelle, mobile deposit , transfers …etc All seems impossible without a trip to Boston to visit there branch.

So easy

At my age its hard to do most modern things, like a computer or online banking, but the MBCU makes it easy. Thank you
