Hi, while your app is nice and clean, why can I not see the products which I have bookmarked? This is not available on the app. Otherwise quite nice.
I must say that I absolutely love the brand but I am highly dissatisfied with the service given by mumbai store. I must have called today at the store more than 11-12 times where they didn’t answer. They answered once where I was told that they would return the call within 15 mins, i wasn’t surprised when they didn’t. It was regarding a purchase that I wanted to make. Even when you walk in to the store the customer service is very poor. This is not the first time when my phone calls haven’t been answered. It is a high end (mid range) brand. I would say better than many in the market. Why are we not focusing on customer service which is the most important aspect. Hopeless service!
Why do i have to login everytime i open the app. Help is pathetic Delivery times are too high

I would like to commend Massimo Dutti for the outstanding quality of its products. The formal wear collection is absolutely stunning, and the overall quality of fabrics is exceptional. However, I've noticed that some products tend to shed color after washing, which could be an area for improvement. One major concern I'd like to highlight is the absence of a Massimo Dutti store in Bangalore, India. As a city with a population of over 15 million people, many of whom work for multinational companies, Bangalore represents a significant opportunity. I strongly recommend considering opening a store in this city to cater to this potential customer base.
Massimo has the worst customer service they take months to process the refund.
No proper contact no for the store is mentioned and since the product didn’t reach the store y did I keep getting msgs that product reached the store
One should be kept logged in.
For such a big brand you are a disappointment. Using this app is such a terrible experience. Everytime I open the app I have to login. There’s no proper customer service and there’s no return option.
