Massimo EV Charger

I downloaded the app and attempted to create a login but it won’t even let me create a password. Useless!

After a system update and equipment upgrade, right now the Massimo EV charger works great. I’ve been using this device and this system for like 3 months and the all have been working perfectly. The UI is now much better and data is easier to access now.

Haven’t been able to login to this App for months. Says “Account not Registered”. Yes of course I’m using the right username/password because it’s stored in LastPass and if I try to reset the password it knows what I had previously used. Cannot control necessary functions or monitor usage without the ability to login to this app. Massimo Motor Sports LLC says the ONLY WAY to get support is to leave a review here, sooooo… Please provide an update to fix this issue ASAP.

Everything seems to connect, but charging information does not flow from the charger to the app

All account settings on the App were lost, perhaps due to new version download. Am not able to register the already installed chargers back onto the app. When scanning the QR code receive an error message that the station was already added by another user… Don’t expect this to work or if it does work, don’t expect it to continue to work. The Charger itself is fine, but need to treat it like a dumb charger, without any connected features.

Do not buy a massimo charger as they will not support getting the product working. The app times out or says account not registered, even when it says an account is already registered. Very frustrating. Too late to return the hardware and stuck with a worthless product because the app will not allow me to log in consistently.

App doesn’t work at all, time out request pops up every time an action is performed. The app is completely inoperable and deemed worthless

I purchased a Massimo MCS-50 charger to use with my new EV. The app does not work at all. I contacted Massimo but they said they had nothing to do with the app. When I attempted to login to the app all that I get is a message saying that the Response Failed. I had an electrician install the charger but I need a working app to access the charger.

The app was working great and recently it’s totally non operational. The app won’t open or work properly, it says “timeout request” or “request failure”. Please fix it so we can use the features you sold to us. Thanks.
