This app is very inconvenient and there is always some “update” that customers are not notified of until they try to access their Massy card in the app. Today, my massy card wasn’t on the app even though I linked the account. So frustrating!

For a large conglomerate, it is inexcusable to have no reliable online ordering, collection and delivery, or an app that is quite so useless.

Since the new update I haven’t been able to log in. Always an error message even when my credentials are accurate. Looking forward to a patch sooner rather than later

The update is clean! , definitely better than before.

1. Hard to find products. Pics are very useful but not all the products have a pic. 2. Hard to keep track of the amount ordered in your list and your total bill. You only see your total bill when you confirm the order. 3. Should have an option to run through your bill and list before placing order. 4. Paying online should also be an option.

The app doesn’t actually let you submit an order for curbside pick up or delivery begging the question - what is the point of the app?! Almost 2 years into the pandemic this last functionality really should be available by now.

Overpriced items, the points system is a joke. Spend $228 and only get $28 points? What kind of system is that? They need to bring prices down and improve the points system.

I can’t get the curbside feature to work and also why is the minimum order amount so high.

While the navigation has improved you now cannot see whether items are In Stock at locations which makes this pointless because I can see my item but don’t know if it will be available at my preferred location.
