More lies about fair dice rolls
I believed you for about 5 games but for the perfect roll to occur 95% of the time (for both players I suppose which is better than some) just shows what an absolute lie that is. Game deleted. Goodbye!

its ok!!
For a beginner this app is a real delight. Beautiful boards, interesting backgammon styles, lots of players and chat, too. Kudos to the team!!
This app has brought back my love for backgammon. It's easy to navigate, and the design is eye-catching. The multiplayer mode is a blast, and I've met so many players online.
Finally found a backgammon app that ticks all the boxes
After trying some new backgammon apps, I thought the dice in this one are the most fair, or at least as fair as computer dice can be. The game went well until I started playing it more regularly and then the opponent would be given many doubles. I’m still trying to figure out if it gives more doubles than real dice and if it focuses on your weak spots when bearing off. Until then, I don’t have the courage yet to play the higher bets as computers cannot be programmed with true natural randomness. As with all backgammon apps, I hate the doubling cube as it takes away the ability to play full games but that’s my problem. I wish that the doubling cubes were similar to calling trumps in euchre where the person who makes the double would lose twice as much if he loses the game and the winner who accepted the double would win twice as much.
Latest update to fix app crash I didn’t have causes app crash 🤦🏻
The game initially starts quite fair but once playing for a little while the dice determination is definitely not random. Comp will get 3 or 4 times the amount of doubles and when trying to get back on the board the Comp will amazingly get just the dice it needs but you won’t....most games. Then when you stop playing for a while as it’s very frustrating...they throw a few games until they real you back in.
How much gig per hour does this game use?
As I’ve now played this app very much more since my previous review here’s an update ... Interface is one of the best ones for playing, though why all the raccoons in the Lord of the Rings looking setting ? The ability to send limited messages to your opponent has both good and bad consequences - players who are sore losers misuse this as you can imagine - not at all helped when the player “Tips” this app displays include : “If you win remember to boast about this to your opponent despite all the unlucky dice they got” and “When the opponent wins the game make sure to tell them they were just lucky” !!! Seriously ! These disgusting messages are displayed regularly as a guide for players to follow ! I’ve tried contacting their ‘support’ in the past but never received any response - when I wrote to them asking how to use the ‘Blacklist’ function in the app so I would not have to play such bad losers, the app Support’s entire response was “There is no such function”. When I wrote again telling them I can see that option in their app and have screen saves of all the following : the text explanation referring to the function and how to use it (I wrote to them because their instructions do not work) ; also the screen displaying the button to access the Blacklist section ; plus a screen save of the dedicated Blacklist section - they did not respond at all. I cannot imagine an app developer so stupid as to put in all the explanatory text and buttons and windows for a function that they promote yet which does not work, or, having done all that work, that every user can readily see, would then claim it doesn’t exist, but here it is ! Also, be warned that while the app promotes genuinely random dice the statistics make this extremely doubtful - eg. one of the ‘Tips’ that displays states that even a world champion can lose to any player who throws 3 doubles, yet in most games my experience is that my opponents throw doubles ludicrously beyond all statistical probability - eg. in 6 throws they will throw 4 doubles - I’ve even seen 10 doubles in 11 throws ! Not occasionally, but regularly, and I’ve had players who were losing very badly request to double, then throw 3, 4 and 5 doubles in the next 5 or 6 rolls and magically win ! And the app maker claims their app cannot be hacked. This opinion is formed after now playing several hundred games and I have screen saves of everything above.
