App is good except it keeps signing me out

Is there an update on it’s way as I can’t run the app at all with my 650 :( temp works initially then nothing works or updates from there. Have to adjust on the unit itself cos the app doesn’t work which is disappointing

This App could be amazing, and to be honest when you buy a premium product you expect it to be top quality. Disappointingly the app is not reliable and doesn't up date your temps or graphs without constantly refreshing it. It also has a glitch when setting the internal temp probe where you cannot select any type of meat other than Beef. We have also had issues staying connected for the whole duration of the cook despite never leaving wifi. PLEASE FIX AND UPDATE THIS APP!

The app looks good but hardly anything works! Cant control temperature from app. Just does not update the smoker Frequently crashes loosing your place and needed to restart app. Drops connection Would like to see a favourites receive option Don’t buy the smoker if you want to control it remotely. It’s not fit for purpose!

What a shame that the app ruins the experience of cooking on a great pit. How long till you fix this app? Extremely poor connectivity, not able to adjust temps from app, frequent crashes, have to re-pair bbq to phone every cook, sometimes more than once. This needs work.

App is near useless as can’t trust what the smoker is doing while using. Can’t change temp Can’t set a timer Keeps disconnecting smoker Doesn’t tell you when there is an error code on the smoker No operators manuals No temp warning is fire is out

App keeps crashing. So I can’t keep an eye on things. iPhone 12. iOS 15.6.1 Annoyed completely that you have a orange window over my temperature reading in the old app telling me to upgrade. It works fine and I need it right now.

Having come from a Traeger to this I can’t believe how far behind Masterbuilt. The probe temp won’t read, the notifications come through when they want and the general difficulty in what is a very basic appt is appalling. MASTERBUILT SPEND SOME MONEY AND DESIGN A DECENT APPT!!!!

The old app connects fine - the new app can see the 1050 and tell me how much WiFi signal it has, but won’t actually connect to it
