MATBUS Connect

Would give 0 stars if I could. Barcodes won’t scan on the bus sometimes no matter that I do. Now after using the app for years I’m being told if it won’t scan I have to pay a different way. Screw that I’m not paying twice. Not worth using.

This app, while used in tandem with google map’s public transit navigation feature, gave me a great experience on the bus. Easy to pay, just flashed the QR code. Transferring from one bus to another was very easy as well, with the QR code automatically loading. I discovered the app on the side of the bus shelter.

None of the features even work. If you are looking to gain anything from this app, don’t waste your time getting it all set up. The developers definitely abandoned this app

I downloaded this in the hope that there would be a real time tracker and a map of available routes. The only option I found was the trip planner which didn’t even work. I’d like to see an update that allows the user more control.
