Login issues

Every time I open the app, it wants me to input the portal name. It’s extremely frustrating to figure out the portal name from my school every time. This app needs to be seriously updated. They only touched it once in 5 years.

APP won’t open

What’s wrong with this app??

I need this app to use for school and it was working good the first day and after that it would not open anymore. the app would get stuck in the loading screen. This is so frustrating. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled it and it’s still not working. This really sucks… does anyone know how to fix this issue?
