I have used this ipad app for a long time and love it. Some of the documentation gives the impression it is for Alberta, but it works fantastic in Ontario as well.

There’s almost no refining filters, not even the basic ones like with or without a garage so if having a garage or even a double garage is non negotiable for what you want you still have to sift through several listings that don’t have one…🙄

This app is amazing in terms of the information and user friendliness. Whoever put this together is a genius.

This website is very helpful finding the right home for everyone who is looking to buy one

The app used to be 5/5, but recently it doesn’t seem to show condos with really limited exceptions.

This was my go to for all listings; had some great features. Now it is missing Strata & Condo listings. Not up to date with MLS. Filters not working properly. Sent messages describing the problems, no fixes in over a month. Sad to have to drop it.

For some reason it has stopped working, tried to uninstall and reinstall but no good....RIP, I’ll miss this one.

Love this app. Don’t look any further. I’ve been using this for years. Very user friendly, well thought out.

This used to be a great app, up to date listings and information. Not anymore listings are missing, information is not correct.
