I absolutely love this app! I absolutely love this community! And I absolutely love their programming! It’s so nice to finally find a company that is unapologetically Christian and patriotic! As a follower of Christ, husband, and soldier in the US Army, I highly recommend this program. God bless!
Great programming, easy to use app!
Powerful program at 57 I’m hitting PR’s I couldn’t hit in my other gym. Now at home following this program and app I’m making them! The app is easy to use, full of helpful links/videos and tools!

Mayhem is so awesome! Love the Scripture passages for the day. And the orderly way to organize your PRs.
Mayhem has crushed it with this app and programming. Each day you have multiple workout options (CrossFit, bodybuilding, body weight, etc…) there are demo videos, detailed workout descriptions that include warm up and cool down. They also have mobility work added as well. Tons of content. I’ve been training 5-6x a week for 25 years and never seen something this packed with content. It’s awesome.
Really loving CrossFit Mayhem! I am new to CrossFit and like that you accommodate many levels of fitness along with scaling for those that need it. The movement videos have been really helpful. I also appreciate that you have workouts based on time restrictions. I did try another online CrossFit program previously and although it was good it just did not offer as much as Mayhem. So happy with CrossFit Mayhem!
Haha Jk! (Referencing the POD) Love Mayhem Athlete! After a year of doing “what I feel like” WODs, I started MA about a month ago and look forward to every workout and dread them at the same time. This program pushes me to my limits and many times past them. I’d never do half the movements prescribed through MA WODS/Lifts if I wasn’t a member. I thoroughly enjoy and recommend the program to anyone. I will be apart to this team for as long as MA exists. #EveryDayHero
