How come the only car manufacturer that can have a truly good digital experience is Tesla? It’s not difficult or costly to create a functional app. I don’t understand, crashes all the time for no reason

The new version of Mazda app that help our customer with hassle free booking for either test drive or service, schedule service reminder and locating our nearest showroom or service dealer as well as checking on the availability of your preferred vehicle and where to buy it.
Our customer can also easily request for our 24/7 roadside assist in case of emergency, sending SOS alert to emergency contact as well as get notified in case of recall.

what a stupid app, keep log out when want go further This is the best service that Mazda provide to those Mazda owner ??
The booking function cannot use

Wow, its been a year since i used the APP for my yearly maintenance service. And it still crashes when booking for appointment!!! Fix the damn app!

Can’t log in
Can’t log in, the log in box is at side and when key in, not responsive. Don’t know whether is key in the wrong ID or what. Useless apps. Worse than the previous version
