This app is absolutely horrible… I’m a customer who came over in the merger with Liberty national, who had an AMAZING app… but this MB app honestly looks like something that was made by a child. It is so outdated and essentially pointless… it doesn’t even give you a total account balance
Have to resubmit checks to many times
Some days it works great , some days it will not let me log in , all my other apps work just fine so its on their end im a little tired of deleting and reinstalling every time i want to transfer money from savings to checking.
Seriously please hire someone that knows what they are doing to make your app instead of a 9th grader’s school coding project. No offense but it needs work. I have taken one high school coding class and could make it better than this
This app hardly ever works
I tried to use my card and they targeted it as “unusual activity” and now have a hold on my account. I’m unable to login online and on the app and just called and they questioned every SMALL and local purchase I’ve made in the past week. Why have a card or a bank account if using it means losing all access to your money?
App constantly says it can’t verify my credentials even when I know I’m using correct login info. I have to continuously uninstall and reinstall the app and/ or change my password. It would be nice if the app just worked when I opened it... like every other banking app I have.
I don't know why one reviewer is having problems. I had one or two in the past but talked by landline to an employee and got things straightened out. Maybe the ones having problems might consider re-installing the app? Just a thought. None of my business. I like the bank and its staff. Very nice and helpful! 😊
