Frequently the Apps hangging. Showing balance RM0.00 event i already top up. Not my only phone. My wife’s phone also having the same. At the end, i did not pay the parking.

I have already topped up my balance, but it’s not showing in my account. Also, when I try to pay for parking today, it keeps displaying a "something is wrong" message. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Hi. Please check your apps again. Bila nak bayar je tak boleh log in. Tahu- tahu kena saman dah. How? Boleh sy screenshot ke tunjuk apps problem supaya tak disaman?

Hi, I am trying to put a coupon for my car but the app keep pushing me to the log in page and even though I keep logging it it just keeps pushing me out. When I was able to get to the last page of putting the coupon, the page wouldn’t stop loading. Please fix this simple bug ASAP. TQ.

Stupid app. At first when i pay compound it says unsuccessful but try the second time I was double charged for the compound. Better use coupon system like old days la if your app stupid like this. If could rate zero star I would do so

1st it says wrong credential, then attempted to reset password, they say email not registered yet. Then registered a new one using the same email, after verifying thru email, manage to enter app. But existing money already gone.
