Clear, simple app
I’m quite surprised by all the negative reviews for this app, once you successfully logged in the app. It’s actually very easy to use and quite clear. It would be great if there were an iPad version as well.

The MBNA Mobile App allows you to manage Canadian-issued credit card(s) by The Toronto-Dominion Bank operating a division as MBNA ("MBNA") conveniently from your smartphone. Just register as an online banking user to get started.

Sucks to log into
If you try to log in there’s a 90% chance you have to retry because the app just doesn’t work. Not only once but sometimes 10-15 minutes of trying to log in and it just brings you back to the main page. Also when you are logged in sometimes in the middle of using it it will log you back out to the main page to have to try and log in more and more. Needs Face ID Just a non functional app so far which is incredibly frustrating

Fonctionne bien pendant un certain puis après l’appli recharge seule à chaque fois que j’inscris mon mot de passe, je n’ai jamais le temps de l’inscrire au complet. À chaque fois je dois recommencer a inscrire mon mot de passe puis sa charge de nouveau quand j’essaie de l’inscrire… Toute les fois ou l’appli à fait ça j’ai dû la désinstaller et la réinstaller pour que ça fonctionne comme il le faut et ce, pendant un certain temps encore… ça fait 4 fois que je dois faire ça, c’est désagréable.
Shows the Info I Need and Provides Good Service
Shows me my balance, statements and offers. Provides everything I have needed so far. Easy to use and no problems logging in or receiving tech support on the designated help line when I have needed it.
Still no Face ID or fingerprint
Wow still no Face ID or fingerprint support what the heck!!!
Issue
This app is not user friendly at all
This app keeps getting worse
There’s no biometric login which is a huge inconvenience we shouldn’t have to accept terms and conditions every single time we login and in a recent update they removed the half circle at the top of the screen that showed your balance which was so simple and perfect now you have to navigate to another screen and read a few rows to find it
Clumsy
This app needs to add face recognition or fingerprint ID.
Poor design
This app stalled multiple times and when it seems to be working, the keyboard doesn’t appear so I have no way to type in any information. Sigh!
