Begin to MOVE:
* 8 week beginner progressive strength program
* 3 day split (upper, lower, total body)
* Home and gym plan available
* Designed for anyone who is new to strength training or those returning after taking some time off
* Goal is to help you build a solid foundation of strength so you feel strong and confident to join us in the ongoing MOVE monthly progressive programming

MOVE More:
* 8 week intermediate progressive strength program
* 4 day split (2 upper, 2 lower) but can be condensed to 2-3 days
* Minimal equipment needed - DB / bands only
* Quick and effective workouts designed to be completed in 40-45 minutes
* Throughout the 8 weeks, you'll be working the same muscle groups with slightly different variations
MOVE Monthly:
* Most popular program within the Made to Move app
* 4 days split (upper, lower) with optional 5th day - total body
* Gym and home plan (home plan requires db/bands only)
* Hypertrophy based program designed to build lean muscle and improve overall body composition

Found Micheala on Instagram and immediately loved her content. Once she launched the app I immediately gave it a try. It is the perfect fit for how I like to train. I love that the training blocks change every 4 weeks so we can track progressive overload for a month, but you don’t get too bored. The app is easy to use and a gorgeous user experience. Highly highly recommend!

I have done many strength training programs over the years and this one is by far my favorite! I have stuck with the M2M program for over a year now and my strength and body composition has improved significantly! The workouts are fun, perfect length, and can be flexible for traveling and substituted if special equipment isn’t available.

This is by far the best workout app I’ve ever tried. I love just opening up the app and my workout is laid out for me. It takes all the guess workout out of what I’m going to do. I love how the workouts are displayed and easy to follow. Both at the gym and at home options are 🫶. My body composition is changing and this is the most consistent I’ve ever been with working out. I’m so excited about my lifestyle changes.

I’ve been using the M2M program for over a year now and absolutely LOVE IT! I started out as a beginner to strength training, and now I feel the strongest I’ve ever felt. The programed work outs hold me accountable (which I need) and the app is easy to use and beginner friendly.

This program not only keeps it simple, but keeps it effective. Any other program I’ve ever tried changes the workouts every single week, so it’s hard to track progress. This program has completely changed my body. It is so easy to follow and allows me to be flexible in my workout location. When I travel for work I always get as good of a workout as when I am at my home gym. I cannot say enough good things about Made to Move!!!!

I have been using the app for a month and was lucky enough to be part of the pre launch to test the app for one month before that. I am seeing such great results and am loving the workout options. This is exactly the right mix of challenging but efficient - and fun! Love, love, love it!

This app is SO good. The programs are excellent - so we’ll thought out and there are so many to choose from! The guidance Micheala provides in the app via the community board, cues for each exercise, workout overviews, and monthly Q&As are well worth the monthly cost. I feel so strong and motivated since starting with this app and am so excited to continue on!
