MBTA mTicket

It is functional. Hooray. Now how about making this into an easy to use app? It’s (almost) 2025. After this many years, where is the support for Apple wallet, passkeys, etc.? How about actually usable schedules? Not just a browser window to MBTA.com. Or how about just fixing the long standing bug which makes navigation arrows disappear after the app sleeps requiring you to manually kill and restart the app?

Sometimes, after leaving your phone on the ticket wallet for a period of time, there is no back button and you have to close the app and reopen it to get back to the main screen.

Half of the time it doesn’t work and freezes when the train is coming. Always have to input CC info 2-5 times for a transaction to process.

Can’t seem to login even using the Forgot password. I can recover my previously purchased ticket that was not expired. Had to create a new account with new email.

How many reviews like this do you guys need until you fix these issues. Apple pay and inputting card information does not work at all. The app is literally useless if it cant do what it is designed to do

We would like to put our card on our phones. Work on that please

Every card I have and apple pay dont work on this app, when they work everywhere else. So the app is useless for me

I never really had any problems or issues with it. Something the MBTA did that worked or works is something to build off of not shut down. Lot of things in life have don’t work well or properly, but that doesn’t mean it’s worthless and a failure entirely. To the right buyer you matter. Something entitled kids just can’t understand.

It is good enough as an app for travelers. Not sure why so many bad reviews

I just can’t believe they are charging you extra $3 if you purchase the ticket on the train. This is plain and simple rotten! It’s an insult to pay for this service, it’s very disorganized, the led banners aren’t updated, it’s always late. The parking lots have no shade. Someone cars have no ac and I can’t go on and on.
