MCB Sri Lanka Mobile Banking

Worse ever banking app. Wasted my 3 months. Everything is clear all process completed but still can’t make any transition. Visited bank and called customer support multiple times but nobody knows what exactly to do and who and how to fix the problem even one of the bank staff admitted that the app is worthless and she even faces lot of difficulty to use the app. I will recommend never waste ur time with this app or bank.

Rubbish and pathetic service by mcb bank. Illogical deductions from the account whenever i use it. Every time I use my cheque, they charge me 400 rupees and every time use my card online they charge me 70 rupees, and in this way they charged me 557 rupees. Totally choron ka bank. Lanat

I am a 76 years old man ,this app does not accept my age,i couldnot make an account because i am a 76 years old aged man,if i can use your bank for services why i am not allowed to use the mobile app on equal basis? This is highly disappointing for me

Please change IOS app icon. Change white color into different. It’s look like old icon.
