McClain Bank Anywhere

This app is saving me so much time and money. I really appreciate not having to drive to the bank each time I need to deposit my checks. And to have all my info available anytime I need to see it. The set up was easy as well. The face recognition is a real time saver. Love it!!

I never can manage to get my password right

The one thing I don’t like about the new app is that it doesn’t show me a running balance in the pending transition section anymore. It is very helpful to see

Excellent customer service. The entire staff goes above and beyond always. Would not bank anywhere else now. They do a job and I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Need to be able to transfer funds from my account to another in house account

I don’t like that it shows transactions to all accounts at once. I want to just see each account individually when I click on them. Also, I tried to transfer from my savings to a checking account and I did not see that option so I had to do it through the old app. When the designated days are over I will not be able to do that.
