* Only at participating restaurants in Germany and Luxembourg.
** Mobile ordering and payment is currently only available in some restaurants. A list of participating restaurants can be found in the app. Mobile payment requires a valid VISA or Master Card credit card. The order function is only active if you are near a participating restaurant.

Good, but would be easier with English
Decent app, would be great to be able to set it to another language (English!) like you can at the order machines.

The app is easy to use and saves worries about a free order machine. Will table Service then it’s real easy to get fat ;)
Terrible user experience
Waste of time. Not very easy to create an account or logging in. Had to register three times, still didn’t let me log in. Multiple attempts to resolve, tried a different email, far too painful… Deleted.

App funktioniert nicht
Die App hängt sich beim Logo auf. Nur beim ersten mal öffnen nach der Installation funktioniert sie.
Top Digitalisierung
Die App ist ein positives Beispiel für gelungene Digitalisierung. Wir gehen deutlich häufiger zu McDonald’s. Da ist keine Sprachprobleme, bei der Bestellannahme mehr gibt.
Kommunikation Kontakt bestellen von Pfeffer, Salz
Wenn man Kontakt aufnehmen möchte, ob es über die App möglich ist, Pfeffers Salz zu bestellen, kriegt man immer noch so ein dämlichen Chatbot, der nicht auf die Frage antwortet. Es gibt auch sonst keine Möglichkeit direkt
Privacy issues
It always asks for your precise location, even if the function you need is completely irrelevant to your location and it has so many annoying pop up windows, really hate this kind of apps
