Please help, the new update doesn’t work on iPhone 7 or later 😭, I used to love the app, used it everyday until now

I’ve been dealing with “Oops! Something went wrong” error message for a little over a year now

I love the amazing deals the app has. I am OBSESSED!!

The app will not even open, it keeps saying there was an error opening and to restart my phone or update the app but i did both and it still will not open

Code to collect points keeps changing so can’t save it to the Apple Watch. Useless.

App tells me to fill in my OTP then says it’s not working, tried 5 times. Quite poor. If I could choose less than 1 star that would be great too.

It’s not working it keeps saying ‘Error , the system is not working,something is wrong or make sure you have downloaded the latest version’ ive been trying it for a whole month now🙂😒💁

Older iPhones cannot be upgraded to 16.0. The older app will not open due to a message saying that the app needs to be upgraded, but it cannot on phones that cannot install IOS 16.0. Please allow uses to use the older app

Latest version requires iOS 16 so doesn’t work on my device. Frustrating, as I know I have points still available.

It gets the job done I guess, just takes too long to do anything tbh
