Bad review the wrong information for Scotland

i’ve been using this app for a couple of months now, when i first used it it ran really well. until recently this app has been crashing and slowing down. this is because of the amount of bus stops it renders, it doesn’t give you an option to turn them off which is why it crashes. this app has given me so much anger recently. mcgills please fix your app.

The app takes a good minute to load, live bus locations cause the app to crash and it’s terribly inaccurate! Never trust the 801 because that bus never arrives, don’t even know if it exists!

This bus service if you want to call it that is abysmal. I’ve had buses no turn up daily leading to late days to work. I’ve had the alternative route bus no turn up either. I’ve had buses they said aren’t coming come making the bus tracker worthless. The live tracker is wrong 9/10 and displays buses at stops they have long since passed. Please actual fix your service I'm tired of walking out side for people to tell me they have been waiting over an hour for a bus.

The staff on this route are very good and try their best to accommodate getting the volume of passengers on their bus……given the bus shortages due to driver shortages. I am currently on Jim Brown’s bus and I was met with professionalism, cheerfulness and helpfulness. Many other drivers including Amed, Gerad, many others but unfortunately you don’t know their names as have not had opportunity to ask (know one was on holiday in Turkey during July this year!). Please reward these members of staff for the great job that they do please! 🥰. Thank you. Ally

Stop turning brightness down on my phone when accessing app! ITS TURNING IT DOWN TO THE POINT YOU CANT SEE WHAT YOU'RE DOING ON PHONE!!!! If I want it turns down I’ll do it myself. I don’t need your app to decide if I need my brightness turned down. Pffft. This is second time I’ve had to write this review. You don’t decide how bright my phone should be, I DO!

Always off time and ignorant drivers and rude

It is amazing for me to know when the buses are and where abouts

Took my money told me buses are on route made me wait 2 hours and none had arrived
