Cannot send to mpesa
After the update, i cannot send to mpesa. It just freezes. I am using in iOS

Keeps Loading
I have been waiting for 1day to see my dashboard after entering my username and password. I am still waiting.
Recent Update
There is improvement but still hace some issues, After updating I have lost access to one of my Savings account which is a bit of a concern, This updates even though they are helpful they seem to be breaking something else everytime…Not sure if there is any form of meaning for this reviews..
App Won’t Open
I downloaded the app, but it keeps bringing up an update error, saying that the version downloaded from the App Store isn’t the latest, and redirecting me back to the App Store to update.

Offering false product to the public
This is the slowest app when it comes to logging in someone. I have to try logging in several times before the app can actually log me in. It’s a waste of time and super frustrating. The app can’t help when you have an emergency. Inform your IT team to check your app since you can’t offer a product that doesn’t make work easier as it’s meant to do.
Doesn’t open
It’s taking forever to load and after putting your log in details it keeps on loading but never opens. It’s so pathetic
Repay loans
Repay loans buttom doesnt work plus app hangs ovassionally
Refinance and pay loan option
All those options are not working at the moment. Do something!
Worse MB app
The app rarely ever works and has to be restarted several times for it to work
