Company Group “Special Systems and Technologies”, the largest European producer and distributor of electric heating systems and appliances, presents MCS 300 application for remote control of electric heating systems via smartphone. This is a practical solution for modern people who appreciate comfort, save energy and know how to use their time best.
MCS 300 software application enables you to control electric warm floors, various radiators, portable heaters using your smartphone at any place where Internet access is available. The warm floor installations and electric heaters should be connected to the Mobile Comfort System thermostat. The thermostat and the smartphone can communicate in any room directly via Wi-Fi with no auxiliary devices required. If you need to control several thermostats or arrange their remote control, you can do this using your home Wi-Fi router with Internet access.
With your MCS 300 application you can set and control simultaneously operating parameters for heating systems installed in different rooms (drawing room, bedroom, kitchen, children room and so on) and at several places (apartment, living house, summer house). Having installed your MCS 300 application, you can control up to 32 warm floor systems, provided each system is connected to the Mobile Comfort System thermostat.
MCS 300 software enables you to set and keep the required temperature in each room on a real-time basis within a range from +5℃ to +45℃, and also to monitor any operating condition of the heating system elements.
You can select one of the three heating control modes provided by MCS 300 basic settings:
1. Permanent temperature maintenance within a set range from +5℃ to +45℃;
2. “Vacation leave mode” provides permanent temperature maintenance within the range from +5℃ to +12℃;
3. “Program mode” enables you to preset weekly temperature maintenance schedule for each room. You can set the required temperature for each hour during the day.
With the MCS 300 application you can save energy and control your home comfort condition from anywhere globally and at any time convenient for you!

Приложение требует обновления!

Сделайт в приложении что бы отображалось работа теплого пола. Простот не понятно включен он сейчас или нет! И адаптируйте уже приложение к новым айфонам
В ios13 не работает.
После обновления до ios13 программа не запускается.
Не работает удаленка
Как я понимаю при настройке в приложении удаленного доступа для прибора создаётся группа с названием айпи адреса, куда добавляется запись с айпи адресом устройства и его порта. Подразумевается, что айпи адрес устройств при удаленном доступе будет одинаковым (адрес роутера), а порты разные (для проброса потом на конкретные локальные адреса в порт 6350). Так вот не работает удаленный доступ. Даже если в настройках указать локальный адрес и порт 6530. Нет связи с устройством. Пинг есть. Сканер портов открытых не нашёл. Прошивка последняя. Надо бы поправить. И в инструкции подробно описано как настроить проброс портов в роутере, но ни слова о том, что в самой программе как настроить.

Где прошивка, почему все криво работает аааа?
Не обновляется микропрограмма!
Приложение SST Cloud при добавлении устройства требует сначала обновить микропрограмму в приложении MCS300 до версии 2.0, но приложение MCS300 пишет, что прибор обновлён до последней версии, при этом показывая, что номер версии - 1.0.9. Что делать? Поправьте, пожалуйста!
Не работает
Приложение постоянно приходится ставить заново, Не подключается к сети и т д , доработайте так как пользоваться им не возможно !
Одно расстройство
Постоянно отваливаются регуляторы. Ощущение что стабильно может работать только один в системе. Первые полгода работало нормально, как начались прошивки всё посыпалось. Просил вернуть старую версию, сказали всё наладится. Х...я, уже год налаживают.
Ну как так?
Не понимаю, как так безответственно можно относится к своим продуктам. Из 4х регуляторов в единой сети, в лучшем случае, остается видным один (закономерность не ясна), ощущение что они "засыпают" и больше не видны приложением. При этом работать продолжают, но управлять ими не возможно, без переподключения! Критическая недоработка, которая гробит продукт на корню! Или тут проблема не в ПО, а железе, которое уже выпущено? В любом случае, заявленные потребительские характеристики не выполнены.
