MDacne - Custom Acne Treatment

Dude, can we hurry up with getting support to cancel my subscription or change my password so I can do it. I don’t have time for yall to try and take autopay yourselves with my money, that I never gave you permission to do.

When I first tried this product I thought that the cooling moisturizer was a good topper for skincare. Although my acne did reduce, I think I’d prefer products I can use on the daily, your $9 trial is a really good way for people to test your products and see if they’d want to continue using it on the long-term. Needless to say, the acne treatment cream is great and is good for me to use. Sometimes the products are a little tingly though which is fine, however I am on a time cramp in the morning and I like using daily products for sensitive skin, I have products that are not done yet so I will have to use those before trying more MDacne products. You are a great brand with good researchers. It is a little pricy for me to pay the $24 a month thing, but if you’re an adult working and have acne products I think it’s safe to try MDacne continuously and reduce products from different brands as to lower your sensitivity, they say continuity is key and that’s true for skincare, since this brand focuses on acne I hope more people become more confident with your products(acne can make people lose esteem but it’s okay, acne is natural and there’s always a remedy, don’t feel like hope is lost I just know that if your face isn’t super sensitive to customized skincare than that means you can overcome acne within a month to one year)

Service and communication are fast, effective and helpful. I feel like I am being taken very good care of. I love how they suggest different products for where you are struggling. I also love how you can track your progress! It really motivates you to take better care of your overall well being!

The products are very good but the app should not just take your money and send you products without you confirming the payment 😒😭

I was trying out the product and it was so bad my skin burned and I thought I’d try it and left it on overnight and it burned my skin off and it was flaky. Worst skincare ever tried. I forgot to unsubscribe because it was a free trail kit I didn’t think it would send me another. But without warning it charged me 60$ and I cannot get a refund. I read the terms and service and this product is scamming and they can do so through the terms of service. DON’T ACCEPT ANYTHING FROM THEM.

I’ve used Mdacne for about two years now and I’ve never had any problems whatsoever but today they scammed me I had canceled my membership for about 6 months and didn’t but a kit so today I renewed it mind you before I did that I had to redownload the app TODAY so I could renew my membership after u downloaded the app I clicked renew my membership and thought everything was good then I see it says shipping date February 8 I was genuinely shocked because today is the 9th so I was confused why the shipping date is a day before and I didn’t even have the app downloaded on my phone I was charged 58$ plus tax due to that and now I’m trying to get my refund but the customer service is so bad that you can’t get into contact with anybody so I beg you please don’t use this app if you don’t want to get scammed out of your money.

It’s a simple fast way to get help with treating your acne.

I recently just started using this app and I can honestly say that I saw improvements in 5 days!! 🤩 It you are nervous to start trust me it is legit and it actually works. At first I was skeptical but when I saw other peoples skin clear up and decided to give it a try !!
