Basic functionality with potential
One very significant improvement in the most recent update: If you write a session note on the iPad and save it, it will get saved and show up in the chart. This is very helpful. I will still not be using this feature because it is missing some valuable features available on the desktop browser. Until the iPad app allows you to 1. Import content from the previous note and 2. access the existing diagnosis for a given client/patient, it is very impractical to use. Other features that would help make it a 5 Star review: Stop giving the dialogue box "Locations Services Are Off" every time the app opens. When a client cancels, being able to see the reason (currently, if you click on a cancelled client, it just gives a dialogue box "This Appointment has been cancelled.") Ability to add an adendum to an existing signed note. See appointments more than two weeks into the future & past. Add ability to get notificaiton on the app that a client has checked in (unless something changed I don't know about). Allow the iPad app to use side-by-side and slide over features that were introduced in iOS 11 (we are approaching iOS 14 as this review is being written) Automatic background refresh (either scheduled or pushed) Ability to scan documents from an iOS device (similar to the document scanning feature built into the system, but without having HIPAA content outside the app) I appreciate the responsiveness of the development team. The app does keep improving over time with helpful tweaks. It really has the potential to become an app with significant, useful functionality.
