Great for athletes
As an athlete, I love to cook my own food so I can not only maintain a good body weight but to also feel great and not like I am forcing on a diet. There are so many options, foods and different combinations on the menu. I don’t really make the exact food on the menu but I do make my own special combinations just the way I like and want it to be. It helps me track my calorie and food intake better so I know how much calories I am suppose to burn in the gym or on the field. I really do recommend that people start using more apps like this to help them with their diets.
