What a great accessory this is. Every cook is great, but I think some temperatures are set a bit too high. For example beef - rare as 50^C? I dont think so. Also, why we can change the language only in iPhone settings and not in app directly? Took me a while to google this…
nelze použít bez cloudu
U teploměru, navíc komunikujícího přes bluetooth neexistuje důvod proč by měl vyžadovat registraci v cloudu. Nechci 50 účtů v cloudu abych si mohl uvařit jeden oběd. Možnost registrace, která přinese výhody? Ok, ale nutnost? Děláte si ze mě srandu? Jediný co chci je na mobilu zobrazit teplotu, ne aby se moje data, třeba že zcela irelevantní jako teplota masa povalovala někde na serverech služeb v nešifrované podobě.
Chybná registrace
Nejde se zaregistrovat do MEATER Cloud! Vzdy vse zadám dobre, vzdy napíše chybu. E-maily pro potvrzeni registrace ani nechodí!
Newer app is not compatible with older
Since i updated app on one of my multiple devices, i cannot use link and cloud on older devices....brilliant, guys - now, i can use meater app on 1 of 4 devices only.
App not working
They pushed me into updating the app and after that, the app stopped working and it crashes after every attempt to launch.
Company doesn’t care
I have had nothing but issues with the Meater block. Not sure if it’s because it’s the old version. I’ve had to call support almost every time I had to use it. They don’t seem to care about their consumers or making things right. Connectivity issues, it constantly turns off, batteries don’t last. I really wanted to update from ThermoPro’s TempSpike. I BBQ as a side business and do not recommend the Meater Block. Maybe the Meater Pro XL has worked out all the bugs but I don’t know.
Beginning to be not worth the trouble
Always have connection problems and the cook times are always off….way off! I begin to not trust its temp readings and feel I have to double check it with another temp gauge.
Always dine right
We’ve been using the Meater Plus with the app for a few years and the app gives the time to take the meat off the grill at the perfect time to be at the chosen doneness
Fantastic Device
I have used this twice this week to prepare roasts for holiday meals. 1) a filet mignon roast, 8 lbs. 2) a center cut pork loin on the bone. They were both beyond perfect and the preparation was effortless. The Meater device is fantastic!
