Online services are bad You can’t set up auto pay for almost nothing

They should have a chat with customer service part.

I love banking with mechanics, as opposed to the bigger banks, like Wells Fargo and BFA and Chase, but their mobile apps are so much more sophisticated, and I would just ask that mechanics put some money and technology into their online banking technologies, and then mechanics would be perfect.

I have been with Mechanics Bank longer than any other bank. I have never had a problem with them. They taught me a lot about banking.

Lost wallet w debit cards. CANNOT REACH ANYONE TO HELP ME!!!!

I try to add money to my cash app to buy bitcoin and it’s always failed transaction. I try using different wallets, different ways to buy bitcoin and it fails every time. I want to use my bank to buy bitcoin so I can invest but this bank account doesn’t let me invest my money.

I wanted to pay off my car loan, about $30k, but they do not allow that online or electronically at all. They ONLY way is to Fedex a cashiers check to them. Wow, this is 2023 not 1995.

The Mechanics Bank app works great for me. Simple to use and very convenient.
