Mechanix is an mobile educative application in support to an high-school or university course of statics and dynamics.
It contains not only a memorandum of the basic equations, but it also contains several animations illustrating the various concepts of mechanics.

This application runs on iPhone, iPad, iPad mini, and iPod Touch 3rd generation and later.

Just got the app, and I must say that it is a reference that I have been looking for. I love the animations, please make more! Great reference for Engineering majors for Statics/Dynamics classes.

This app contains most of the formulas covered in early engineering classes such as Statics and Dynamics as well as solving capability. An excellent reference as well as a great unit converter, this is a must have for all ME majors.

I use my iPad 2 as a tool for engaging students as a high school physics teacher. This app has great illustrations and animations that I would like to share with my students but unfortunately this app will not operate when connected to an LCD using the VGA adapter.

Pricey for Content

Great list of equations and good diagrams, but for the price it would nice to have a few equation silvers. Ex: input geometry and receive center of mass.

It will be a great app IF you add more interactive simulations where we could control the factors involved. We are waiting for a major update that qualify for five stars.
