Been charge twice via weekly subscription
I saw my bank statement that had been charged twice on the same amount when I pay for weekly subscription.. kinda disappointed with the ways u all wanted to earn money… I had unsubscribed the services.

Change app pic pls
Some stories are cringe, but others are natural and really sweet. I like how gems aren’t necessary to the game, so I purchased to support. Can you add option to change the app thumbnail? Much rather have one of my lgbt waifus than this dude. Thanks 💜
Why so greedy?
Certain characters were supposed to be able to watch the ads to choose the better answers. But now adira wise’s good answers have to cost gems after the recent update. Seriously? Pls don’t say I was wrong. If I use the ads I can view all her photos and I have 12/13 photos.. other characters I have that need gems, I don’t always choose To reveal their photos to save gems..so I have lesser photos of them.. Why so greedy? You have already so many characters that need gems, why suddenly change it? Eww.
Can i get a refund
I may have accidentally purchase the premium version can i get the money back?

The story for Glenn Hobbs was automatically completed. I was only at 22/34, but sadly it was marked as completed. It takes ages to scroll back to where I last stopped 😓 and it will take even longer to reset the story! Urgh! I have since lost all interest

I’ve lost all my progress
I deleted the app because I had finished all the stories, and a few months after I re-download because I thought more stories would be available. But when I signed in everything was gone. I had collected over 11,000 gems and all of it was gone. I’m heartbroken mechat used to be one of my favourite app. Not so much anymore
Write ur own message
I love this app however I do wish we could write our own messages. It would also be great if let let us get AI forever! I hope this is good feedback!!
Bar does not move
Whether it be character liking your response or you liking their response, the bar bugs out and wouldn’t budge. Please fix this, especially when you’re cutting our gems short by adding unnecessary minutes in between too.
App can’t load after updating
Stuck at loading screen :(
