The app is so bad that it takes forever to log in and show me the reports. It just needs to do that only. Not play a video, not update anything every minute. It just needs to show a pdf and it fails to do that too. The developer just had 1 job to do. Bhai YouTube se ek tutorial bhi follow kar leta na to ye app jada acha bana leta. 3rd division pass developer aur usse bhi ghatiya is hospital ka owner. Bhai asthetics me kam kharcha kar ke thoda app pe kharcha kar leta to mujhe zarurat nahi hoti ye review dene ki.

Dear team I am trying to switch my family member profile in a single app but it’s not working in IOS kindly check it and solve it.

No otp comes- tried multiple times- can’t access my records

Dear team, I Vimal kumar singh son of Patient Chandrawati Devi (Patient ID- BP00112***) continuously facing this issue that doctor is not available as he didn’t have idea about his appointments with patients and the have leave chamber and he will come after an hour. Today i have my 3rd appointment with Dr Tarique Naiyer Jamil at 12:30 and i am still waiting for him and expected time given is 2:15 PM, every time i have faced this issue. This is unexpected from a repotted institution Medanta in this way you are also getting similar to the service of PMCH. Looking forward for a proper reply from your side and requesting you to increase sitting capacity for patient at least as my mother is not able to find a seat.

I awaited senior citizen package at Medanta clinic and had a very bad experience and will suggest no one to await it . I am diabetic and only at 11.30 am I was able to eat something. Further after 3 days when I saw the blood reports most of them , Thyroid, KFT, Lipid profile and Other blood test were not having any values and it stated that sample has to be repeated. On contacting clinic I was told reports are ok and contact lab. Is this the way a clinic works. Amount paid by me should be refunded as my all purpose has been defeated. NEVER EXPECTED SUCH LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM

Post login the screen keeps waiting and I am not able to accept or cancel the terms and conditions

It gives me an OTP when i try to login but it just stays in the terms and conditions page and the Accept and Cancel buttons dont work.

App hanged on terms and conditions screens .

Term’s and condition page not till 10 minutes please fix problem

Can’t login and can’t access them what’s the point coming up with an app!
