Medical ID Records

Generally I like the app but you can’t edit. Where do I add DNR!

Don’t waste your money! No widget on iPhone and on apple watch I’m going for a refund.

No field for basic information like address and phone Was disappointed that there was not a field for doctor information and phone Not an app I would have paid for!

After 30 great years with the same doctor he’s retiring on me and I have to move on. I know he will share his records with my new doctor, but I want her to know what I consider my key medical information right off the bat. So I got this app, found it was really simple and logical to fill it in with everything I wanted to illustrate — information, photos, comments and explanations — and it also provided several methods of copying this information over for her records. This same simple process created an emergency medical info file that is available at my choice from the lock screen of all my iDevices. Two birds with one stone. I like this app a lot.

Loads of functions. Auto save would be helpful.

Easy to use and understand. Create medical ID information for emergency responders. Also a great place to store your medical history (procedures, vaccinations, etc) Store photographic images of Covid information, insurance cards, inc.

I can never remember dates or procedures Also if I had an accident of some sort the Dr. would be able to look up my medical history including allergies, blood type etc. It’s a saving grace to know that if something ever happens to me my family Knows where to find the information concerning my health.

The app is a great tool to store information. It would nice to be able to put things into different folders. Like being able to have a folder for each Doctor that you visit, or for different injections that you have gotten. That would clean up the app and make it easier to find things. Other than that, good app.

I don’t know how this got such good reviews. For each category, which aren’t that many, there’s one field for a title and one field for a note - that’s it. Plus an option for a picture and pdf. No fields for doctors, dates, locations, surgeries, procedures, tests, emergency contacts, immunizations, med dosage, med frequency, med start/end date, etc. The app is clean and super simple, but missing A LOT of details. There’s many free apps that do a lot more than this $5 app.
