MedicTests 2024 EMS Education

This is a great addition to my class materials. My only critique at this point is that I have selected the EMR level and it regularly quizzes at the EMT level. Not for everything, but it does come up. It’s nice to stretch myself, but I do want to prepare for my current exam.

Used this app to pass NREMT on my first attempt!

Was suggested to me from a coworker who when through a cohort before me. I started using medic tests four months before my scheduled test, I studied with the app using their chapters then taking tests, I utilized the work on weaknesses and study suggestions, I spent two hours a day every day and did almost 20k in practice questions. My class was one of the first to take the new national so I used the call simulators in medic tests and it was almost the exact same as I saw on the national. How medic tests broke down the information and explained how to answer the questions prepared me for the test and I passed it on my first attempt. I’m forever grateful for my coworkers advice and for medic tests providing such a valuable tool for people looking to certify. Thank you for everything and good work on this application.

I got this app after hearing so many great things about it. So far I’ve been studying approx 4 days with it and the questions are great! The amount of content it provides is also great. It gives you the information of the section & the sub section right before you take the test. It’s a great addition to whatever you are using to study from (book, notes, YouTube videos.)

Medics, I know there are so many options out there to study for your National Registy. It can cost a lot doing trial and error to see which one is for you. I have used a few before finding MedicTests. I'm here to recommend this as your primary source to study, I'll even go further and say this would benefit already licenced paramedics and refreshing their skills, patients and the pathophysiological presented to them. Others apps felt like you were just doing quizzes vs reading/learning then quizzes. It felt like training to take a test, whereas with MedicTests I feel that I am learning how to approach this test as a paramedic/clinician.

I’ve used medic test for 3 days and so far I’ve learned a lot more and can remember more using this then other apps that I’ve tried. It’s easy to navigate, keeps great track of progress and literally gives you an option to work on weaknesses and pulls from categories that you struggle in instead of just a bunch of random questions. And the daily XP gain that you try to aim for helps out a lot on keeping track on a goal. It works well with me because I treat it like a video game and I aim to make a high score on every test I take. Even the focus on weakness tests. I would highly recommend to try it out at least for a week to see if it also improves you test taking skills and knowledge like it has for me, and I’ve only used it for 3 days! Also the price for each membership plan is fair and reasonable.

Passed NREMT Advanced EMT test today. This app really helped me out a lot. Highly recommend!

It’s stuff we’ve gone over in classes. This just help us study better and memorization I highly recommend. I was shown this by a medic who had just passed and I can’t thank her enough!

Doesn’t allow a review and explanation of missed question after practice exams. Doesn’t allow a return to question after a missed practice test exam. Extremely expensive subscription at 35$ a month with a poor application of the product. Price gouging at its finest. DO NOT BUY!!

Downloaded about a month out from the registry. Passed on my first try taking the updated national registry for paramedics thanks to this app. The registry & call simulator on this app was very similar to the actual test and helped me tremendously. Highly recommend!
