I don't recommend this app! My partner was charged even though the consultation wasn't done yet. The general practitioner wasn't responding and there was no medical certificate and diagnosis established. How to file a refund?!

DELAYED PAYOUTS FOR DOCTORS

For doctors, it’s functionality and usage is almost similar with EZHEALTH which is okay. PAYOUT FOR DOCTORS IS ALWAYS DELAYED, FOR NEW MDS, BEWARE IF YOU WANT TO REGISTER AND MAKE AN ACCOUNT IN MEDIFI.

I’ve used them several times. I like how I can search for a specialist who is online. Best to use the ‘Find Your Doctor’ button and find the specialist that you need to get an immediate consult.

Doctor is not replying

I understand that they are accommodating other patients pero waiting for 3hrs for a reply is absurd. No option in the app how to contact the customer support. Even the customer support is not replying!! They didn’t provide even diagnosis!! I just spent my money sa wala! Ridiculous!

Doctors and patients should stay away

This is the worst app in the history of teleconsult. Very slow to load and retrieve records and previous consults. No indexing of patients or records whatsoever. Functionality is a joke. Doctors don’t get paid as agreed upon. Save the time and effort and choose another app.

There should be a way to report doctors who don't meet basic expectations

I got zero value from the doctor I picked. The doctor did not make any comments or ask questions about my symptoms. Instead, he repeatedly tried to get me to contact him on his personal number. I asked for a lab test request, but he also lied about being unable to send me a lab request through the app, as an excuse to contact me outside the medifi app. He said he could send it through viber. (I refused). Then he just stopped responding when I refused his attempts to communicate outside of the medifi app. I got no help at all, no lab test request, nothing. I had previously been able to get a lab request from another doctor, so I know he's lying. There should be an in-app feature to report unhelpful doctors and get refunded. Edit: Thank you for the response. I want to be fair, so I will update my rating once my issue has been resolved.

Notifications not working

App does not notify when the doctor responds to initial consultation request: - No push notification - No in-app notification or indicator in the bottom row - Messages does not appear even if you go to the messages tab However, when you unload the app (remove from memory or recent apps) & restart, that’s the only time the in-app message indicator & actual messages will appear in the messages tab. Please note that my notification settings are all enabled. Background app refresh is also enabled. Please fix this because it’s causing a lot of frustration on both the doctor & patient resulting to multiple rescheduling of video call consultation. Thank you.
