Disappointing
I took a screenshot of ONE page (which was in the free section, not from a trial or subscription), then my account was immediately deactivated & the pop up message said to email the admin to reactivate. I honestly didn’t do that because my first thought was, wow, I understand you’re trying to protect your content but I clearly missed the rule about being deactivated if screenshotting something. It came as a surprise. I think the message should be more clear to users that deactivation is the outcome. In fact, rather than kicking a user out, you should see if there’s a way you can black out screenshots like Netflix/tv apps. I didn’t even have the app for long & was forced out of it. It’s a real pity as I was going to subscribe.
